Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with federal government regulations for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Room amenities include close-captioned TV, roll-in showers, lower door viewers and handicap parking. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for TDD equipment set-up.
Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 21 and over to consume alcoholic beverages, with a valid driver's license or passport.
Cancel Policy
All guaranteed reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival, or one night will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
We invite guests to check in at 3pm and, per hotel policy, check-out time is 12pm. Guests must be 21 or over to check in to our hotel.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available; there is a limit of $50 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers connecting rooms. Please request for connecting rooms in advance, subject to availability.
Credit Card Policy
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, an additional incidentals deposit of $200 per day is required.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide a crib for our wee guests, available by request. The crib measures 40"x43"x28" and features a steel frame with a four-inch foam mattress. While the hotel does not offer rollaway beds, blankets and additional pillows are available upon request.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Guests may use the amount of the gift certificate towards their final bill.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations guaranteed with a credit card will be held through the guest's arrival. The hotel does not honor non-guaranteed reservations.
Parking Policy
The hotel offers valet parking. Self-parking is not an available option.
Pet Policy
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged $25 per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. In the absence of a major credit card, a one night deposit by check or money order must be received by the hotel prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival. We occasionally accept credit card authorization. Please contact Whatever/Whenever® for further details.
Smoking Policy
Smoking rooms are available; however, guest smoking in a non-smoking room will be charged a #150 non refundable cleaning fee. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does not offer a waitlist. Please check back to find availability.
