As the name Bistro Laurent Tourondel suggests, Chef Tourondel presents his adaptation of the American Steakhouse, elevating it with his signature style and all-around finesse. The result - the Modern American Steakhouse.

With the debut of BLT Steak at W Atlanta Downtown, Chef Tourondel brings his signature style to Georgia, with regional blackboard specials and full raw bar to accompany his signature modern American steakhouse menu. BLT Steak integrates traditional elements of the French bistro with an American steakhouse and combines its signature rich warmth and texture with the sophistication and style of Atlanta.

BLT Steak offers a variety of cuts of USDA Prime, Certified Black Angus, American Wagyu and Japanese Kobe beef, each naturally aged for maximum tenderness and flavor and served finished with herb butter in a cast-iron pan. In addition to seasonal blackboard specials, the menu also offers fresh fish including Sautéed Dover Sole and Tuna Tartare with Avocado and Soy-Lime Dressing. Must-have desserts such as Tourondel's Crêpe Soufflé with Passion Fruit Sauce provide the perfect finish.

BLT Steak serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, and features a private dining room that accommodates up to 18 guests. EASTER BRUNCH

BLT Steak invites diners to celebrate Easter with a delectable brunch on Sunday, April 24 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Guests can gather friends and family and enjoy BLT Steak's signature flavors on a delicious menu prepared by chef de cuisine Jean-Luc Mongodin. In addition to the restaurant's regular lunch menu, the special holiday brunch will feature select breakfast items as well as a spring-inspired blackboard menu of appetizers, entrées, sides and desserts.  

BLT Steak will be open regular hours for breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and will be closed for dinner on Easter Sunday. Reservations for Easter breakfast and lunch are encouraged and can be made by calling 404.577.7601.
